Instructions:

Give each product a few seconds to absorb before applying makeup.
  1. Start the morning by cleansing your skin with the Green Tea Cleanser. Follow this up with the Vitamin C+E+Ferulic Serum, then apply the Age-Defying Antioxidant Polypeptide Cream to counteract free radicals which damage and prematurely age skin. Lastly, follow with your sunscreen.
  2. In the evening, cleanse with the Green Tea Cleanser. Then apply the Green Tea Toner which will improve skin lipid content, promote firmness, and moisturize. Follow with the Anti-Aging Skin Firming Night 2.5% Retinol Moisturizer to smooth your skin and minimize the appearance of wrinkles while you sleep.
  3. Exfoliate your skin two or three times per week with the Microdermabrasion Scrub. This gentle but effective creme sloughs off the top layer of the epidermis bringing newer skin to the surface and allowing deeper penetration of the products you’re using. If you have sensitive skin, limit exfoliation to once per week.  Decrease the frequency of exfoliation if you have irritation.
